Originally a hat and dress shop in the early 1900's, owned by sisters Minnie and Mineta Bell. These two flats sit on the second story of a historic building in downtown Roseburg. We look forward to warmly welcoming you to share our upscale flats, high-quality amenities, and friendly service.
